Accommodation:

Villa Joss’ entry is simply stunning: imagine green vines trailing down from a pergola roof and stepping-stones over a peaceful lotus-pond with koi fish, where you encounter a hand-carved Buddha-statue before entering the air-conditioned living pavilion. The space is bathed in natural light and is designed elegantly with soft pastel colours, traditional artwork and handcrafted furniture. The kitchen's island bar is great for enjoying drinks together after a delicious dinner at the teak dining table. The luxurious leather sofa in the living room is super comfy and positioned in such as way that you can keep an eye on the kids playing in the garden while relaxing. The entertainment room is tucked into a separate air-conditioned pavilion. On one side, there is a large working desk where you can surf the complimentary Wi-Fi and on the other side, is a sofa-lounge facing a 48-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, DVD-player and surround-sound speakers.

The garden is sunny and peaceful with a sparkling infinity pool and luxurious Jacuzzi shaded by a colourful parasol. Around the pool, you can sunbathe on the double sun-loungers or hang out in the relaxation pavilion, complete with day bed, TV and a second wooden table for alfresco dining.

The four air-conditioned bedrooms are housed in a grand two-storey pavilion. The master suites downstairs have glass doors folding open to the garden and the luxurious bathrooms have large terrazzo bathtubs, monsoon-showers and a private garden. The rooms upstairs have access to a private balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with deluxe king-size or twin beds, a TV with DVD-player, with private dressing room and en-suite.
